Given the name, you’d be correct for assuming this is the one to pair with an old school braai. Bring the lamb tjoppies, that 20-day aged rib-eye steak and those perfectly marinated chicken kebabs. Hell, throw in some oven roasted butternut if you dare. This is the wine to silence the fireside critics. No tjoppie too charred, no steak too bloody rare. And butternut….what a revelation. Old School. Pure drinking pleasure.
